Terms of Reference
Minutes
Members gave consideration to the draft terms of reference for the Board, that would be included in a governance report to Full Council.
A Member advised that it was important that budgets were considered, to allow the board to have most impact. It was also important that all functions of the Council were considered in the transition, as there would presumably be items moved from the Policy and Organisation Board.
It was confirmed that the Head of Economic Development and Regeneration, and the Head of Planning Policy would be the officers that were key to the Board and that others would input as required.
