Revised Planning Code of Conduct
To consider the Planning Advisory Service’s Planning Code of Conduct and whether it should be recommended to the Council’s Development Control Committee for adoption which will then be considered by Council at its October meeting to assist in maintaining standards of probity in the relation to the determination of planning applications under the new National Scheme of Delegation which comes into effect on the 31st October 2026
